How to get Alicante
Alicante has excellent connections from Spain and Europe. 
Airline
Altet Airport is just 16 minutes by car and 25 minutes by bus from the city center. The airport have direct connection with more than 100 destinations in Europe and Africa via regular and low cost airlines.
Train
The train station is located 5 minutes from the city center. Long distance and short commuter trains run daily. and there is as well a long distance trains, commuter trains. The new AVE Madrid-Alicante service has a travel time of around 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Bus
The main bus station connects Alicante with other towns in the province, with other Spanish and European capital cities and with Morocco. Tram
Tram Alicante connects passangers between city center and the University as well as tourist places like Altea, Calpe, Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Denia.
Car
Alicante can be reached via the AP-7 motorway. It crosses the province from the southeast to the northeast, connects with Valencia from the north, and with Murcia and Andalusia from the south. The A-31 connects with Madrid.
Arrival to Viva la Lengua
If you travel by plane From the Altet airport you can arrive to Viva la Lengua by:
- Bus: On the first floor of the airport, take Line C-6 Airport - Alicante direction. It cost you 3,85€ and runs every 20 minutes approximately. Travel approximately 15 minutes and get off at the eighth stop called Plaza Puerta del Mar I. This takes you to the beach and Spanish Esplanade. Cross the street to Plaza del Ayuntamiento, our school is located at number 2.
- Taxi: You can take a taxi that will cost approximately 30€ that goes directly to our location.
If you travel by trainIf you travel by train from the train station you can arrive to Viva la Lengua by:
- Bus: Exit train station and turn right looking for Avenida Maissonave. At bus stop, take Line 21 - El Campello direction. It will cost 2,50€. Travel approximately 10 minutes and get off on the fifth stop called Plaza Puerta del Mar I. This takes you to the beach and Spanish Esplanade. Cross the street to Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Our school is located at number 2.
- Taxi: You can take a taxi that will cost you approximatly 10€ that goes directly to our location.
